    I just ordered some Fomapan from Chambless in GA. He wasn't sure about future supply. Does anyone know the state of double super 8 film?

    The future is actually looking fairly bright for DS8.
    Take a look at the ofrums on 8mm.filmshooting.com

    Do a search for DS8, and I'm sure you'll find some info about exciting new things in store for DS8. Namely, Paul Cotto's machine that reperforates 35mm film down to DS8.

    Honestly, though, I don't think even that will beat the cost savings one can get with R100.
